Warranty and service therms
 
  1. Service and warranty is provided by FCNet Future Communication Networks Spółka Cywilna located in Opole City at Ozimska str. 182.
  2. FCNet provides 12-month warranty for Ordering Party on supplied goods unless it's noticed in other way.
  3. Invoice date is a date from which warranty starts.
  4. The granted warranty authorizes the Ordering Party to demand from FCnet a removal of product defects or a decrease in the price of goods excluding damages mentioned in point 14.
  5. Ordered Party must immediately complain to FCNet's Technical Department about any damages or disfunctions 
  6. Guarantee doesn't approve Ordering Party to demand of lost profits in case of device dsifunctions. FCNet doesn't response on any damages causes by defective product
  7. Ordering Party should provide defective goods to FCNet's Headquarters at it's own cost in original box with filled RMA Request form
  8. FCNet consider warranty claim in 14 days starting from the day of receiveing the defective goods with the proper RMA Request Form filled out. In case of lack or improperly completed RMA Request Form FCNet has right to extend of warranty consideration time.
  9. FCNet has right to refuse reparation and sending back defective goods to the Ordering Party in case of unreadable serial numbers.
  10. The Ordering Party will be charged for costs of maintenance, cleaning and expertise if defects were not discovered or arose by Ordering Party's fault.
  11. If the elimination of goods' defects is impossible or involves excessive costs, FCNet is entitled to exchange goods to goods free of defects, regardless of Ordering Party's request.
  12. Warranty doesn't cover solution of problems causes by incompatibility with other devices or services.
  13. Warranty doesn't cover software installed in device.
  14. Warranty doesn't cover faults caused by: 
    • external forces (flood, fire, lightning, etc.)
    • faults caused by mechanical damages 
    • faults caused by improper use or lack of user's knowledge about product
    • remodeling, software changing, wrong configuration or repairs done by unauthorized personnel
